Return/Refund Policy:
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Trailer in a Bag within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 10 days after delivery will receive a partial or no refund at Trailer in a Bags discretion. Any return excepted will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Trailer in a Bag is not responsible for any shipping costs encountered in shipping the returned product back to the manucfacturing facility.

Shipping Policy:
Trailer in a Bag is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. All Trailer in a Bag orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Trailer in a Bag will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment. We ship all of our products via UPS. Customers may opt for specialized shipping at an additional cost and handling fee at our discretion. Shipping providers may change without notice.  

Processing Policy:
Normal processing time trailers to be produced and shipped is 7-10 business days, although we strive to process all orders within 72 hours. If trailer production is delayed, you will be notified via email by a Trailer in a Bag representative.
